Brushed Metal version - This was an effect I've been wanting to create for a while and everything in the design is created by myself (except for the font) from scratch using Adobe Photoshop.
The brushed metal was created using a blank canvas and then adding various filters and effects such as clouds, gaussian blur, motion blur, etc and then stretched and lit using the lighting effects tool.
The text effects were again done using Photoshop and various different filters and effects. And the bolts were created using various shape tools and effects.
